
Camp Director
Nikos Mouztzis is a Physical Education teacher, a graduate of the T.E.F.A.A. at Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in Classical Sports. His passion for movement and exercise led him to specialize in various fields of athletics, offering valuable knowledge and experience to his trainees.
As a certified Basic Life Support Instructor by the ERC (European Resuscitation Council), he possesses first aid knowledge, enhancing the safety of athletes and campers. Additionally, he works as a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach, assisting trainees preparing for Security Forces and T.E.F.A.A. entry exams, delivering targeted high-level training.
His particular passion lies in weightlifting, as he has dedicated himself to the education of children and adolescents, working as a Weightlifting Coach for young ages. Through this activity, he teaches children love for exercise, self-confidence, and the ability to exceed their limits.
His long-standing involvement in the camp environment began in 2007 at Yuppi Camp, where he has undertaken various roles, gaining deep knowledge of camp life. In 2024, he assumed the role of Camp Director, ready to share his knowledge, experience, and passion for education and child development.

Deputy Camp Director
Born in 1997 in Thessaloniki, Anastasia is an architectural engineer from D.U.Th., with a master’s degree in the legal aspects of camping and a graphic design instructor for aspiring Polytechnic students.
She has extensive camping experience since 2009, having worked as a visual arts and recreation team leader, as well as in community and sector leadership positions.

Head of Football Camp
Vangelis Alexopoulos is a renowned football coach and educator with extensive experience in the development of young athletes and in shaping a proper sports mentality. A graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science (T.E.F.A.A.) at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he has specialized in football coaching and holds top-level coaching certifications, such as UEFA A & UEFA Youth Elite A, as well as the highest coaching diploma from the University of Juventus. Additionally, he holds postgraduate degrees in education, enabling him to combine his technical expertise with modern pedagogical methods.
Since the summer of 2024, Vangelis Alexopoulos has been a member of the coaching staff of the Greek National U19 Football Team, actively contributing to the development of the next generation of Greek footballers. Previously, he spent seven years at PAOK FC Academy, playing a key role in the training development of young players. He also holds the position of Technical Director at historic football clubs, such as A.O. Kalamarias and Achilleas Triandrias, and has worked as a coach in major football academies, including Juventus Soccer School, A.O. Protiast and Hrasiotos Thermaikos.
Beyond coaching, Vangelis has worked on mass sports programs for municipalities, emphasizing the benefits of sports for the general public. He has also organized athletic events, such as football tournaments, summer camps, personal training for football improvement, and school sports activities.
His contribution to the field of sports education is significant, as he is also actively involved in scientific research, participating in conferences and studying topics related to football academies and the development of young athletes.
With dedication, expertise, and passion for football, Vangelis Alexopoulos is an invaluable partner of our camp, offering children not just high-level athletic education but also core values such as discipline, teamwork, and love for the game.

Head of Entertainment Team
Christoforos Christoforidis is an actor and director with extensive experience in theater.
He graduated from the Dramatic School of “Modern Theater Vasilis Diamantopoulos” and continued his studies at the Hellenic Open University in the European Culture department. Additionally, he has attended advanced acting and self-improvement workshops with renowned directors and theater educators.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with the National Theater of Northern Greece (NTNG) and has worked as an actor and assistant director in numerous theatrical productions.
He is also the founder of the theater group TWIMAGINATION, through which he creates and directs performances for both children and adults, focusing on the interactive and educational aspects of theater.
At Yuppi Camp, he has been a valuable member of the team since 2004. Since 2010, he has taken on the role of Head of Entertainment, where, with creativity and a passion for children, he designs and implements engaging programs. He offers exceptional theatrical experiences, blending the art of theater with play and experiential learning, ensuring that children learn, express themselves, and develop through fun and creativity.

Camp Director
Christos Balaroutis is a Physical Education Teacher, a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A.) in Thessaloniki, specializing in basketball. With extensive experience as a basketball coach and academy director, he has dedicated his career to guiding and developing young athletes, emphasizing not only technical training but also the values of sportsmanship.
Christos has extensive experience in track and field, blending the principles of physical education with a pedagogical approach. His methodology focuses on: helping children discover their potential, building self-confidence, teaching the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and dedication.
He has worked as a coach and camp staff member in KALYVAS, ESMA, Fylarakia, To Xenodochio Melissi.
With over 10 years of experience, Christos specializes in designing athletic programs that inspire, entertain, and help shape young characters.

Deputy Camp Director
Primary School Educator (PE70), holder of a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology.
10 years of experience in children’s summer camps and primary education schools.

Deputy Camp Director
Graduate of the Department of Mathematics, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA), specializing in Mathematics Education. Mathematics Teacher in secondary education tutoring centers and private lessons, with experience in teaching middle and high school students. 4 years of experience as a camp staff member and team leader at ESMA camp.

Head of Football Camp
Georgios Proskynitopoulos is an experienced and highly regarded football coach, with many years of presence in the field of youth athlete development. A graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A.) at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.), he specializes in football coaching. A holder of UEFA coaching diplomas, enabling him to train and enhance the football skills of his athletes at a high level.
Currently, Georgios Proskynitopoulos is a coach at PAOK FC’s academies, working with young athletes to improve their technique, physical condition, and game awareness. Formerly, he served as the Technical Director of AO Kardia, contributing to the organization and development of the club. He has also worked as a coach at the academies of AO Proteas and the Juventus Soccer School at Mandoulides Schools, introducing Italian training methodologies to young athletes. Additionally, he has provided his expertise to the youth teams of Phoenix Polichni and APE Lagadas, gaining valuable experience in managing young players at various competitive levels.
His expertise extends beyond coaching, as he actively contributes to the organization of football events and tournaments, shaping competitive experiences that enhance both learning and enjoyment for children.
Additionally, he has been involved in organizing school sports activities, emphasizing the promotion of a positive sports culture that fosters teamwork and fair play.
His long-standing relationship with summer camps is profound and distinguished. Having taken on various leadership roles, including that of a Team Leader, he has gained extensive experience in creating a safe and educational environment for children. His passion for youth development through sports, combined with his vast experience, makes him the ideal Head of Football Camp, where he will guide children in enhancing their skills while simultaneously cultivating teamwork, discipline, and the joy of play.
