Human Resources

The human resources of the PLAYWAY camping program play the most significant role in its operation.

They ensure the adaptation and safe accommodation of children in the camping environment.

Love for children, ethics, knowledge, and camping experience are fundamental criteria for staff selection.

The human resources are continuously trained and receive our unwavering and daily support throughout our collaboration.
