Nutrition
Nutrition is a key pillar of children’s well-being and energy. Our rich and balanced menu, designed by an experienced dietitian, combines homemade taste with high nutritional value, ensuring the fulfillment of their daily caloric needs.
Breakfast
A dynamic day begins with a nutritious breakfast. Children enjoy milk, cocoa, or tea, accompanied by fresh bread with butter, jam, or hazelnut praline.
Additionally, they can choose cereal flakes, while they complete their meal with refreshing juice or fresh fruit.
Lunch
Lunch is a rich and fulfilling meal, featuring delicious options such as beef tas kebab, burgers, pastitsio, mousaka, chicken, stuffed vegetables, oregano-flavored pork, fish croquettes, steak, and side dishes such as French fries, risotto, mashed potatoes, orzo, or small-cut pasta. Every meal is accompanied by fresh salad and fruit.
Afternoon Snack
Before the afternoon activities begin, we offer a delicious snack, such as cheese pie, ice cream, croissant, jelly, or bun, providing children with the necessary energy for the rest of the day.
Dinner
Dinner is equally tasty and enjoyable, featuring favorite choices such as spaghetti with napolitana or bolognese sauce, pizza, hot dog, souvlaki, meatballs, or soutzoukakia, always accompanied by salad and a fruit or a refreshing juice.
All meals are served in our spacious and comfortable dining area, creating a pleasant environment where children enjoy their food safely and in good company.

For the Parents
Dear parents, the smooth camping experience of your children also depends on your cooperation. Please follow the camp rules and avoid placing prohibited items in their luggage. It is normal for children coming to camp for the first time, to feel uncertainty and to express a desire to go back home. Give them time, encourage them, and trust the adaptation process.
