1. Are working for the first time at the camp.

Procedure for Residents in Thessaloniki

You will need to visit the camp’s office at PRAZAKAKI 12 (corner with Egnatia) to collect the necessary documents.

Procedure for Residents Outside Thessaloniki

The employment documents will be sent via courier, and you should follow these steps:

• You must visit a doctor for a referral for the following tests:
  • Parasitological examination
  • Stool cultures test
  • Chest X-ray

• Once you complete the tests, you will return to the doctor, who will sign on page 5 of the minor’s work booklet.
• Next, you will send the signed work booklet along with all other required documents for employment, as stated in the form “EMPLOYMENT DETAILS.”
• Fill out the application form for SEPE to issue the Minor’s Work Booklet.
  • Complete your details in the “APPLICATION” form.
  • Both the minor and their parents must sign the form.
• The application concerns the issuance of the minor’s work booklet.
• Issuance of Criminal Record and Certified Responsible Declaration
  • Where you declare that: You have no pending criminal charges against you and there is no final or irrevocable court decision for any criminal offense that has not been nullified.

Submission of Documents

Once you have collected all the required documents, please send them via courier (ONLY General Post or ACS) at the recipient’s expense to the following address:

2. Employees who have worked at the Camp (2nd or 3rd time)

Procedure for Residents in Thessaloniki

You will need to visit the camp offices at PRASAKAKI 12 (corner with Egnatia) to collect the minor’s work booklet (if you have not already received it from the previous summer).

Procedure for Residents Outside Thessaloniki

The work booklet will be sent to you via courier so that you can follow the steps below:

• Renewal of the existing work booklet, stamped on page 6 or 7 by your doctor.
• Issuance of a new criminal record copy and completion of a certified responsible declaration.
  • Where you will declare that: ‘There are no pending criminal charges against me, and there is no final or irrevocable conviction for the same offenses that has not become absolute.’

Note

• If you have last year’s Health Certificate (valid for 2 years), present it to your doctor, who will sign on the 6th or 7th page of your health booklet.
• If you do not have last year’s certificate, you will need to visit a doctor to receive a referral for examinations:
  • Parasitological examination
  • Fungus culture test
  • Chest X-ray
• Once you have completed the examinations, return to the doctor, who will sign on the 6th or 7th page of the work booklet.

When you have all the necessary documents ready (for those residing outside
